So, to start with I wasn’t sure this was going to be for me. I couldn’t quite get how it was going to play out but as I read on I found I was devouring page after page. This was such an easy read and felt like a warm hug in a book.
The pacing throughout was good and the character development was beautifully done. My favourite scene is where our main protagonist takes back control and allows her needs to be put before any man’s. Because believe it or not folks, us women are sexual creatures to!
The only real issue I had with this book was a totally personal one… which is I do get a bit annoyed with characters that don’t just talk to each other! Like come one… talk and it’s all sorted. But I do get then you lose the story and luckily the misunderstanding didn’t last too long and I can forgive the thrope this once.
Overall it is a warm, light hearted read that leaves you smiling. It’s well written and paced well and in the end I really enjoyed the female solidarity than ran through the narrative.
Happy Reading
